Im pretty chunky right now, im guessing like 25+% body fat lol. Ive made some good gains. About 1.25 inches on my arms as well as other places in 4 months which brought it up to 16 5/8. I hope it wasnt mostly fat : /. Heres my diet for my cut and routine. Let me get your opinions on it.

5:00am drink water with scoop of whey
5:15-6:00am 45min of fast pace walking on an incline
6:15am 2 cup milk,scoop whey,1/2cup egg white, 3/8cup Grape Nuts (540 cals)
9:30am 1/2 cup oats, can tuna, serving mix veg, serving peanut butter (550 cals)
12:15pm Same as 9:30
3:30pm Pre workout-3/8 cup kefir (yogurt) scoop whey, Post workout-1/2 organic grape juice scoop whey, 10 min later 1 1/2 cup milk, scoop whey, 1/2 egg white, 1/4 oats (850 cals)
7:00pm serving peanut butter and loads of cottage cheese (490 cals)

All in all I consume around 2800-3200 cals a day

Try to work in more real food. Whey is great for a supplement but it's just that. Nothing is better than food itself. I'm also doing the pre-cardio whey thing and it seems to be working pretty good. Finally, I didn't see you gut in those pics but from what I can see, you're certainly not over 25% BF. Probably no less than 20 - no more than 25.

I could cut out the whey but my mindset I seem to think a quick digesting protien will help with the aid of not losing muscle after a cardio session. I could be wrong though : /

If you cut to 205-210 you'd look great, but it's up to you.

I'd go for the cut, your metabolism should be running great right now after the bulk. There's less estrogen in your body at lower bodyfat levels. Would be nice to get back down there to continue bulking.
