Does any one eat the canned beans instead of using the bagged ones. If so how can you reduce the salt content? Also if you use bagged beans how do you make them taste better?

I used to eat them. I just rinsed them of the can juices before eating, to reduce sodium.

you talking about a baked bean like Busch's baked beans in a syrup

or just canned black, pinto, or anoter type of plain bean?

if they are plain, rinsing them can help remove some sodium

I eat 365 canned beans (and other 365 products) all the time. Even if you don't have a Whole Foods near you, you should be able to find low-salt or no-salt beans.
