Hi Guys,
see i have not been really big into supllements, besides whey protein.
But i just looked into what i all got, i donÝt know if these really match or if there is any of these i should avoid, or avoid togehter.

here is what i got:
1. ANAVOL - Creatine + Glutamine + Citrulline
2 .naNOx9 - L-arginine-xanthinol nicotinate + L-arginine-ketoisocaproic acid-yohimbine HCI
3. GNC AMINO ACIDS 1800 - Vitamin E + Leucine + Isoleucine + Valine
4. TWIN LAB RIPPED FUEL - calcuim + chromium + cocoa seed extract + green tea leaf + cafferine + carnitine + cayenne fruit extract
5. Multi vitamin pills
6. Omega-3 tablets
7. GNG 100 % Whey protein

Any body that got give me a hint on how to use these??

1, postworkout.
2 & 4, preworkout.
3, pre & postworkout.
5, read the directions on the bottle.
6, 6 pills daily, spread out with meals.
7, postworkout with carbs.

The multi and fish oil (with breakfast).

cool, thanks. one more qeustion regarding fish oil, if I know i am going to get Tuna in my lunch and salmon for dinner, do i still take the Omega-3 pills?

Nah, but if you need more fat in your diet, omega-3 pills will certainly help.
