Shrugs
225x8x3

PD
150x5x3

This is the best workout I've had since before I got sick...

I am so freakin happy...

Thanks to all of you. Just reading posts keeps me up and motivated... Again; thanks to all of you...

Then:
Start 8x8... Bench press is weak... Shoot for 275 in 12 weeks
Shift gears to squats for 8 weeks...
Deads will be just cause I like them
