Hi, I am undecided which cereal to use in my PWO shake:

This choice is: Pro nutro wholewheat honey melt:

Wheat Flour (Gluten), Soya, Wheat Bran (Gluten), Sugar, Chicory (Source of fructo-oligosaccarides),
Minerals (Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Tricalcium phosphate, Electrolytic Iron, Zinc Oxide,
Magnesium Oxide),Salt, Nature Identical Flavours, Amino acids (Lysine & Methionine), Vitamin A (Vit
A Acetate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate),Vitamin C (Ascorbic
acid), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Niacin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine
hydrochloride) , Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Calcium D- Pantothenate, Biotin, Folic acid, Beta
Carotene(E160A)

or pronutro chocolate :

Maize, Soya, Sugar, Milk Solids (5.4%), Cocoa Powder, Chicory (Source of fructo-oligo saccharides),
Minerals (Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Tricalcium phosphate, Electrolytic Iron, Zinc Oxide,
Magnesium Oxide) , Salt, Nature identical flavours(E1518), Amino acids (Lysine & Methionine),
Vitamin A (Vit A Acetate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) ,Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl
acetate),Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin),
Niacin , Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Calcium DPantothenate,
Biotin, Folic acid, Beta Carotene (E160A)

Both have basically the same macro's per serving, but I was wondering what is better between the wheat flour or maize?

probably maize since it will give a quicker insulin spike than wholewheat. Where are you from? I haven't eaten pronutro for 7 years since i moved to australia. They don't have it here :(
