Any good salad dressings to buy that are already mixed to put on salad? I know i have been using extra virgin olive oil and red vinegar. Should I just continue that or could i use something else?

That is a pretty good idea i did that for a while, but then just decided to completely stop eating dressing on my salads all together.

try some diff balsamic vinegars (go to whole foods or something, better selection)... generally most of the healthy ones are gonna be an olive oil/balsamic base...

newmans own italian and etc is pretty good tho.

I use a mix of bold deli-style mustard, sweet & zesty mustard and balsamic vinegar. I also add in some Greek seasonings as well. Tastes awesome!
