I felt a cold coming on this morning, but I worked out anyway. Not much energy during my routine either. It's almost 1:00 PM and I would say I am close to being classed as road kill. My question is, tomorrow is cardio day, do I skip it all together or do I go and take it easy then hit the sauna for 15 min? Atchew, sniff sniff. Any helb wit dis probleb wub be great.

They say that as long as your symptoms are above the neck (stuffy nose, sore throat) you can do anything you want. But if your symptoms are below the neck (fatigue, body aches), then you should rest. I recently had a cold and I worked right through it. But I also listened to my body. Most days were pretty light and as I got better, I pushed it more. Anyway, good luck!
