I've been guilty of lurking for a couple of weeks.I thought I'd finally introduce myself. My names John and I'ne been lifting seriously for about 5 years, I'm 45 years young.I did the Body for Life Challenge 2 years ago and got good results. There is a picture of me on www.bodychangers.com I'm on page 2.I wasn't training till a month ago due to a shoulder injury that put out of action for 14 months.I kinda of let myself go so I look more like my before picture.Anyway I'm 100% back and committed to get to where I was so I figured a support group is great for keeping you focused and motivated so here I am!Hello anyone!

Lookin' good John (yes, even the b/4 pic!). Welcome to our group - I think you are going to like it here.

Feel free to start your own challenge thread here. Many of us are doing this to hold ourselves accountable, get encouragement, get advice, etc. Sounds like you know what to do to reach your goals.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.

You did it once you can do it again. Glad to hear that you are able to workout now. You did great on the body changer program!

John, you're a cutie! I injured my shoulder & really slacked off for a year -- my bodyfat went up 5%. Anyway, I'm working on bringing it back down right now & I'm sure you can do it also. You have a great body & I think should try bulking for a little while before you bring down the bodyfat. I'm giving out this advice knowing I would never do that myself this close to summer! LOL Anyway, you'll look great either way! Good luck -- you should start a challenge thread so we can encourage you along your way!
