i am thinking about starting the rippetoe's program wich says i should eat 1 to 2 times my body weight in protein and the same in carbs but i am kind of lost on exsact amounts i should be eating . the fact i am from the uk i am used 2 dealing with body weight in stones rather than pounds

what size of porsions should i be eating ??? with the eggs as well do you need 2 eat them raw ??

A stone is 14 lbs.

So, if you were (for easy math) 10 stone you'd way 140 lbs.

Answering your questions via Rippetoe's dieting lines:

Protein = 1-2g/lb of bodyweight = 140-280g/day
Carbohydrate = 1-2g/lb of bodyweight = 140-280g/day

Divide whatever your protein, carb, fat, and calorie needs are by however many meals you design your plan to eat in a day. That's your portion size. I personally recommend eating every 2.5-3 hours in general, but that's going to vary depending on a lot of factors.

Do not eat the eggs raw. In addition to the risk of salmonela (you'll explode out of both ends for days) the protein in eggs is bound in another protein called avidin. Cooking is required to unbind it and make it bioavailable for human consumption. Raw eggs simply aren't as bioavailable and useful to you as cooked eggs.
