Is it good to eat this Chicken sandwich from the $1 menu?? Usually I order 2 with nothing on it, so it's just the bun and the chicken, and I take 1 bun and throw it away and eat it. Is it bad if I do this a lot? I know I try to stay away from Fast Foods but sometimes thats the ONLY thing I can eat at times.

Fast food usually is a lot worse then it seems. THat is def better then most the other crap on da menu, but IMO not even worth the 1$

Compare a McChicken to the foods on this list and you can tell me if it's bad.

Moderation is key my friend. They are fine for your cheat meals unless you're dirty bulking then eat them all you want.

Sorry it has 1 gram of trans fat.

370 calories, 16grams of fat, 1 gram trans, 41 grams of carbs, 15grams of protein.

Yeah, Wendy's food is so much more healthy (lol) than McDonalds. However, McDonalds has stated that they are pushing for trans fat free stuff in the future.
