View Full Version : Help with GVT

hi fellas,
i'm 40 yrs old and just started bodybuilding some 8 mths back. all the while i've used full body w/o and the split-body too. i've tried the high volume and also the low-rep heavy poundage stuff.
looking at the sticky on GVT, i can say that i'm quite tempted to give it a try. before that, i do need some pointers based on your experiences and expertise.

- could i do this on a M,W,F (with the other days as rest days) ?
- what are the good exercise for each body part (the A & B stuff) ?
- should i do it for bulking or cutting ?
- any other advise ?

note: once i got it all figured out and get started on this GVT thing, i guess i should start posting it on the sticky, huh?

I hear ya,Chi_Town..thats what I meant!

Charger and his terrorist GVT techniques added so much size to my quads I had to get new pants. :D

thanks guys for the articles and i'm mightily impressed by the comments on the threads/sticky. can't wait to give it a try starting next week. and Charger...yeah, he's the absolute king of GVT.
