im 16, 6'4 226 pounds. im trying to bulk as cleanly as possible.

Breakfast (433 cal,28pro,33car,21fat)

2eggs
2egg-whites
1cup milk
1/2 whole wheat bagel
1tbsp natural PB

during class Snack (459 cal, 12pro, 40car, 32fat) **I need improvements here i think**

mixed nuts
1 Banana

Lunch (496 cal, 43 pro, 63 car, 9fat)

2slices all wheat bread
canned chicken mixed w/ onions, lettuce, and some mayo
1 apple
1 serving baby carrots
1 mozarella stick

After school (353 cal, 40 pro,33 car, 5fat)

1 can tuna
2slices all wheat bread
celery

Dinner 1 (492 cal, 46 pro, 35 car, 11fat)

chicken
brown rice
asparagus

Preworkout (500 cal, 32 pro, 50 car, 8fat)

1 scoop ON whey
1cup oats
1tbsp pb

postworkout (308 cal, 24 pro, 50 car, 0fat)

1scooop ON whey
50g NOW dextrose

Dinner 2 (463 cal, 47 pro, 41 car, 11 fat)
steak
brocolli
potato

Before bed (162 cal, 28 pro, 6 car, 2fat)

1 cup cottage cheese

TOTALS- 3354 Cal's 284 Protein 376 Carbs 107 Fats Ratios: 28/39/33 (fat/carbs/protein)

*also is dextrose best for carb source postworkout?
*what could i eat for my during class snack? i can eat pretty much anything except for a whole meal.

For all practical purposes, your diet looks pretty damn good. I would ad another scoop of whey post workout. I'm sure you're trying to do the 2:1 ration, but I think at least 40g of protein would be better. And for all practical purposes, yes, dextrose....mixed 50/50 with maltodex is better, but what you're doing is fine.

Just be creative for your class snack. A PB&J sandwich perhaps? :)

If you find that you're gaining too much fat too fast, rearrange your carb intake to favor breakfast and postworkout (both the shake and the meal). If you can bulk cleanly with your starchy carbs spread throughout the entire day, more power to you!
