It's now been 2 weeks since my foot/elbow surgery, so I thought I would give you some news and say hello to all the new members on the board.
My arm has already recovered most of its mobility and my foot is still in that cast but I feel I'm recovering real fast. The hardest part is remaining in my wheelchair all day, but I never experienced any real pain. I don't think I put on much fat as I pay attention to my food and avoid eating too many carbs/calories and don't feel I have lost much mass either in these 2 weeks. I regularly take multivitamin, glutamine, glucosamin and liver tablets and I 'm convinced that my healthy diet and these supplements are helping much and contribute to my fast recovery.
Of course I miss the gym a lot, and can't wait to start working out again, but in the meantime I'm training in thought with each of you! So don't forget to add that extra rep for me!

Howdy bb5-0. Sorry to hear about your injuries. Sounds like you are holding up a heck of a lot better than most. You'll be back in no time with your good attitude and positive outlook.

Do they have wheelchair bb comps in Belgium? If you stay on your diet you might want to do a show before you're back on your feet! Me, I'd be wallowing in Belgium chocolates -- hang in there!

Thanks everybody for your good words!
You're all great!
With all these extra reps you're doing for me, I feel I'm on the verge of overtraining now, so I'd better get a little rest in my wheelchair!
