Hey we are exaclty the same age and both still hard at it I compteted last year and will do so again this year. I only do one show a year cuz it's so hard on the family life and being natural it's hard to be at my peak for more than one.

Come on Sharon ! You can't be 44 ! Just can't believe that!
You look at least 10 years younger!
You did a wonderful job
You're just like good wine: the older you get, the better
Working out sure keeps young and healthy

And good luck for your contests ( I imagine the other competitors must start worrying when they see your pic ! )

Wow Sharon! You look great. Hope you plan to share some of your wisdom on bodybuilding with the rest of us. How long have you been lifting? When did you decide to start competing?

yep 44 and gettin older! Its just a number. I think the older I get the younger I act and feel. Thats why I keep in shape. My greatest motivation is when a young girl in her early twenties or so tell s me how good my body looks. Wow! Its feels wonderful. What a high!! But its hard work and I'm not afraid of that!! Thanks for the compliment!! But I am 44

Great look and signature line: Never Tool Old. We'd be interested in knowing how long you have been competing.
