I am having a few friends over today to watch the Super Bowl. Today is not my free day. Any ideas on some snack foods I can eat that wouldn't just blow me totally out of the water?

Air-popped popcorn is good. Its tasty and not too bad for ya.Can even season it with stuff(grated cheese, pepper, whatever). It also is a fun,festive,feel-like I'm cheating food.

There's a million things you can do with grilled chicken.

Personally,I'm throwing it all to hell tonight and planning on destroying an entire pizza washed down with a few dozen buffaloe wings. But I'm allowed,I'm bulking!

P.S.-I dont even follow football.Any excuse to eat!Who's playing anyway? LOL!

Thanks for the feedback. I am sure the Ms and I will figure something out. Maybe we will just serve everyone a Myoplex shake seasoned with a litte "colon cleanse"

Yikes! Hope you feel better. My son has been sick all weekend, too. He's been running a 101 to 102 temperature & saying his throat hurts. The temp finally broke today.
