Is it a good idea to do cardio on a Keto diet, or should it be avoided to prevent muscle loss?

Yes, while cutting cardio is a must. You will not lose muscle(or at least as much) as on a carb based diet.

Good. Since I was bulking I was purposely doing no cardio to gain as much mass as possible, but I hate the feeling of not being in good cardiovascular shape. I'm actually looking forward to being able to do cardio again. Do I have to eat more fat on a cardio day though to prevent muscle loss? Is 3 times a week the right amount of cardio for a keto cutting diet?

I do light cardio when bulking also.. Like to take care of my heart...its real light though.

Yeah sounds like you got it right at three times a day...

No, the ratio I gave should be plenty of fat....I do have 10g glutamine before cardio, cutting only.
