maybe a couple more meals. Like one more before bed.(this could be like a block of cheddar cheese, the whole damn long block that comes in plastic wrap) that's give you lots of fat, casein protien and no carbs. 7 grams per serving and their are 8 servings in a block so that is 56 grams protein. also you might as well eat all yolks for you eggs, no point in wasting them if you are on keto.

check the sticky's on keto diets to research carb cycling(which will keep your muscle glycogen from totally dpeleting.

VEGGIES!! I've been seeing all these keto diets without veggies. You need your fiber!! I can't stress enough how you need to eat salads and veggies!! Keto isn't about meat and fat only...you need to eat veggies.

btw...did I mention that you can't forget to eat veggies :)

yeah add more salads if that is convenient but make sure it is romaine, or you can eat dry spinch as a salad. And you can even use dressing!

actually add some spinach salads with shredded cheese, and anything from boiled eggs to deli meat.
Just stay away from the croutons ;)

Yes!! A good spinach salad with some bacon, gorganzola, chopped eggs, chopped chicken, olives and a good olive oil/vinegar salad dressing...yum!!
