what should be the difference between ur training days and your off days as far as diet if your cutting? I know obviously you dont have pwo shake. Can I have the exact same thing as on training days? I dont know what i would change.

When you're cutting you can cut back on the carbs a bit on off days. This will help promote faster fat loss. But that's about it. Keep protein high and fat about the same.

If you run on off days you might want to keep your cals the same. You should be getting more calories on ur workout days than on ur non (including the PWO of course)
