View Full Version : Healthy "Junk" Foods

Alright guys im in a bit of a delimma. Over the summer I tired to bulk up 5 pounds. I thought this would be easy seeing as how I would have all day to eat everything I needed to. But, the summer has passed and I actually lost 1 pound. So now its on! I have set the goal to gain 15-20 pounds by next summer. Ive read all of the stickies and know what I have to do to accomplish this. However I have one question. I find that it is hard for me to stay away from junk food. I have cut down on junk like chips and pop etc. But, Im looking for a healthy alternative. Somebody suggested that I eat chex mix. I was wondering what you guys thought about this stuff and if this is a good choice. Thanks alot guys.

alternative - does it have to taste about the same?
otherwise....

chips - sweet potato, brown rice, oatmeal, pasta
pop - get a drink without simple carbs and boubles - water is the best
