View Full Version : diet from a book - is it orright?

how does this sound for a diet, i got it from a book, i just wanna keep it up for 1 week or so to lose 1lb minimum

8am - 15gm oat bran with milk + ECA stack (instead of oatbran i'd probably have a bit of whole grain bread with some butter that has good fats in it)
10am - 1 medium raw carrot
12.30pm - 1 * 200gm tuna with lemon juice + vegies + eca stack
3pm - 1 medium raw carrot
4pm workout
6.20pm - 200gm of tuna with lemon juice
8.20pm - eca stack with tuna and olive oil and lemon juice
10pm - 1 apple

and i'd lower the volume on my workout to probably 6-8 sets for each muscle

This is a starvation diet and will not benifit you what so ever. And why do you only want to lose 1 lb? I would suggest burning the book that you got this horrible info from.

i dunno its a Rocco Oppedisano book
hes a famous bodybuilder in australia, i would of thought he knew what he was doin - (he's the winner of Mr Australia in the sortest amount of time and still holds the record since 76)

1lb is all i really wanna lose, its all i need and im finished with my cutting but the prick won't go away, im currently at 8.5% bodyfat
