Whats the best ratios for carbs/fat/protein when bulking? and whats the standard for calories? Is it 15 x body weight for bulking? Thanks.....

I am not sure anyone can lay claim to specific numbers for optimal growth. Some people will focus on 5-7k calories per day with a mix of clean carbs and proteins. A clean diet is the key and training hard.

You will have to search around to find any numbers, but how valid they are is completely up to you to find out.
