View Full Version : Help with a diet plan

I am 21 years old 5'10 and 220 lbs. I am one of those guys who have alot of trouble losing weight. I dont know if its a slow matabalism or what. but right now i eat half way decent and run 2-3 miles about 4 times a week. I am in the army reserves and they have been getting on my case for being overweight. im not really overweight though im at about 20 percent bodyfat..... its still to fat though. I have bene lifting weights for almost a year now. I can bench 305 and deadlift about 450. I want to continue to gain muscle but i also want to lose weight.... is this possible? Any help from you guys would be great. If anyone is like me and had a diet program that worked please let me know, thanks!
