Hi, I've got a few questions regarding bulking which I'm sure have been asked a few million times. However, while I constantly recommend people use the search feature myself, sometimes it's not the miracle worker it's made out to be.

What do you think of replacing egg whites w/ eggs (yolk included) to add lean muscle?

The same question for red meat occasionally replacing poultry. If red meat has high concentrations of creatine in it, is it effectively increasing the body's ability to produce EndoCreatine?

Would it be wise to up the pre-bed carbs in a bulk? Most say that consuming the majority of carbs let alone calories earlier in the day is the best way to make lean gains.
