Hey everyone. i eat 250g of pasta a day. with 206 grams of carb "of which starch = 206g"

so thats 206g or starchy carbs. is this bad?

also i drink milk that is made from brown rice. it has 500 calories a litre and 100g of carb, of which sugars = 100g. so thats 100g of sugary carb is that bad?

thanks guys.

is it bad for what?

there are two type of starch. amylopectin and amylose they have different physical properties in general most starchy foods are primarily amylopectin (branched structure absobrs faster than amylose often referred to as resistant starch)

how many calories do you eat?

with this general question knowing so little about remainder of intake, goals, activity etc.. hard to answer
