hey all.im 140lbs around 5'7 and wanting to bulk. i really need help on my diet here:

7 - ON protein with water
2 hard boiled eggs
bagel with fat free cream cheese

10 - chicken breast
broccoli
rice
1 - preworkout meal
tuna
rice
2 - workout
3 - postworkout meal
ON protein with juice

6 - chicken breast
rice
broccoli

9 - ON casein protein with milk

does it seem like a good diet? tips would be nice

I'll be the first to say it - you need more fat in your diet. Fish or flax oil, nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, etc.

alright..i use olive oil to cook my meals..would a p/j sandwich be a good choice also?

eat the above diet to loose weight

I weigh less then you and barely gain on 23-2500 cals a day (going for a lean bulk)
