I was wondering if it would be ok to have white rice instead of oats in the morning with my whole eggs..im really getting sick of oats and wanna change it up,also is the gi that much higher for white rice?? btw,im bulking..thanks..

You will be fine. I often have rice and eggwhites for breakfast just because I always have a lot of cooked rice on hand.

i eats the yolks tho...is that bad mixin white rice and whole eggs?

No...in fact its better to use whole eggs.

wat about the gi of the white rice and the fat from the yolk will that be a bad mix?

You're better off with the fat. Protein + Carbs alone has been shown to give a 1+1 = 3 type effect on insulin spikes. You need fat in there to slow the digestion and keep it from spiking (which leads to fat storage). Only time you should ever have carbs + protein without fat is PWO.

Fat doesnt make you fat.
