I was looking into Anagen and was wondering whether it would be safe for a person under 18 to take.
I have read that it does not affect testosterone or hormones in any way, but also that it isn't recommended for people under 18.

It won't hurt you, but I doubt it will help you very much either.

We dont recommend anagen to people under 18 years of age, although its all non hormonal we still dont recommend it.

Agreed. Between 15 and 18 you can build one heck of a base without supplements. Focus on forming long-term dietary habits that will promote a lifetime of health and fitness and of course, looking good.

I would just stick to the basics if I was you, at your age it is not going to do that much for you.

Well said. For 16 I recommend you first focus on your diet because its going to have one of the biggest impacts on your physique, of course you have to have a good training program to go with it. For supplemetns just get a good whey proteni, fish oil, multivitamin and if its ok with your parents you can look into a creatine but I dont feel its needed at 16.

Just focus on a healthy diet with plenty of calories, look into getting a good multi vitamin, and a whey shake and you should be set for a few years. At your age its best to jsut focus on your diet and stick to a routine to see great results
