I, like those you gave it to, believe these things taste like crap...OK, maybe that harsh...they taste like (I imagine) crap would taste if one ate 5 lbs of choclolate and a stick of chalk..I had to throw out a few samples I had cause they just wouldnt go down...good review none the less.

Cool read. I especially enjoyed the phosphatidylserine article and was hoping to find some of Chucks thoughts on the difference between the soy derived and bovine derived versions. At the end of the day I realize it'd be the same molecule but the some of the research I've read speculated benefits from the bovine source over the soy due to attached DHA and minor amounts of AA that is present. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
