started XT 3 days ago..........im taking 5 grams first thing when i wake up and 10 after i workout on workout days..


Nonworkout days i take 10 in the morning and thats it.

So my question is if this is good dosages and is there any negative effect taking it in the morning?


Also is 15 grams to much?? is my body going to use it all?? thanx

Your muscle cells are probably saturated by now. I would just take one serving per day after workouts with 40-50 gms. of whey. That **** ain't cheap. What are your results thus far? Can you tell a difference from other creatine products? If so what have you tried before XT ?

ok how much per day? and what about non workout days?

I have tried phosphagen Hp before this. so far i feel really good but i need at least another week to give you a good answer.

Like I said 1 serving (10 grams) after training w/ whey. On non-training days 1 serving in the morning before breakfast. Keep us updated.
