I have HMB, Glutamine, Z-mass PM, and Xtreme Lean(themogenic same as Xenadrine). When and how much of these supplements should I take a day? Is it ok to drink a lot of skim milk while cutting? thanks

take the glut. after working out and before bed..hmb take in between 2 meals a day and after working out. the thermo. do morning..before workout and before dinner..try to take it about 30-60 go min. before..im not sure about z mass i have never taken it...and for the milk part...you can drink a little if you drink lots and lots of water the rest of the day.

In my opinion, you should. Because even on days you aren't working out, you're still dieting, and the point of HMB is to preserve muscle mass when dieting. Taking themogenics on non-workout days can't hurt either, because it will keep your metabolism revved up.

taking a thermogenic every single day however....will let your body become very accumulated to it, and there by you will lose the long term advantage, my opinion is just to take it on days you workout
