i am wonderin why sugar is no good while bbing...is it the calories?

pre/post workout and in the morning or post cardio it's not nessecarily bad but if you eat it all day long you are constantly spiking your blood sugar and also causing your insulin to spike...
this can lead to desensitization to insulin over time, fat gain, and sluggishness among other things.
