What specifically does 8-BetaAnabol do?
8-BetaAnabol is the world’s first performance nutrition drink shown to augment the benefits of training on muscle growth, strength, and endurance when consumed during workouts. Being a broke ass college student living at home, the best you can do is watch what you eat and try to get lots of the good stuff. I aim for macros at about 40/30/30

Current Daily water intake:1-2 gallons, some days less some days more

Short Term Goal:gain as much lean mass as possible without fat gain being a problem

Long Term Goal: being a scrawny 155# in high school and working my way up to hopefully 200+ at 10% or less bf

Excellent work Epic Nutrition!!!

I would probably begin by sipping 1/2 the 8-BetaAnabol during WO, followed by sipping the remainder of the bottle immediately post w/20g of WPI.

Sometimes it takes me roughly 20min to get home form the GYM and have the WPI, so 8-BetaAnabol would be much easier than mixing bulk dex and bulk AAs at the gym and sipping on the way home. Does anyone else like drinking sand. :eek: :D

Again, nice work! I would love to complete a review/write-up on this product. I am currently logging Ulitmate Nutrition HORSE POWER, but this should not interefer as I am already taking bulk dextrose + bulk EAAs during/post WO. I will PM #22 to make certian he has no problems with this. So if you do not, I am definitely game.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am currently using Little Rest Interval (LRIT) + Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST Training). I am in week #4 of an eaight week cycle. If chosen, I would hope the HORSE POWER made it to my for the final 2-3 weeks of the HST cycle as it is very precise in strength measurement during specific exercises.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Performing 15 min of LIT cardio 3x per week, immediately postWO.

I take in 200g of protien along with an additional 10-15g of amino acids (bulk powders, leukic etc.) I also take in plenty of good fats each day.

Current Daily water intake: Too much. I peel like a race horse 24/7 sometimes. :D

Short Term Goal: Significantly increase strength using an ergogenic supplement regimen, and continue with the AA supplementation to stimulate protien synthesis/muscle hypertrophy. Hopefully gain a good 5lbs of lean mass by winter.

Long Term Goal: get to 195-200lbs with approx. 10% BF.

There will be no "sand" issues - it dissolves really well. :D

wow. i have never tastes a GOOD fruit punch supplement, whether its creatine, no, protein, aminos, ect

assuming your correct good job on the flavoring

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): Consistent lifter for 9 years. Started at 130lbs. Lift at 5am M-W-F, light cardio M-F, consistent eating with cheat meals when needed. 10% BF or less.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Chest/Shoulders/ Tris-M, Quads/Hams-W, Back/Bis-F, Calves/Abs-T/T, Spinning on Saturday mornings. Train at 5am. combo of DC type work, partials at end of sets and drop sets. no weight training session lasts more than 30 minutes.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):20-45 minutes depending on appearance in mirror of my abs

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):NO EXPLODE, Animal Pak, EFA, Vit C, Controlled Labs products on their way. ON Whey as supplement to my diet.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): around 280 grams protein, 200 grams carbs (no carbs after 6pm), no more than 50 grams fat

Weight: 167 (while cutting now about 8-9% bf), (was about 175 off-season about 12-13% bf)

Bodytype: Mesomorph
ARMS: 17" unflexed, 17.5" flexed
LEGS: 26.5"
Waist: 30" goal 28" (It's already down 3.5" in a month and a half all of my fat gain goes to my stomach and face for some reason every where else is always lean)

Training experience: been lifting since I was 15 so about 7 yrs started off mixing powerlifting with bodybuilding my joints hurt too much and hurt my rotator cuff benching 335x4 and my knees ached from heavy squats as well as lower back so i cut the rest time, slightly boosted the reps up, and started
performing sets like bench rest t-bar row rest back to bench to keep blood flow in my joints so i was lifting good weight but not too too heavy and my joints and knees do not ache at all ne more nor does my rotator cuff hurt

Training Schedule/Protocol: for the past yr and a half i was perfroming a 3 on 1 off 1 on 1 off 2 on 1 off 9 day cycle
Day 1: chest n back (short rest time 60-90 secs to slightly higher volume to maximize hypertrophy
2: legs (same protocol)
3: Shoulders n arms (same protocol)
4: OFF
5: Chest and back (longer rest times less volume max weights to maximize strength)
6: OFF
7: Shoulders and arms (same protocol as day 5)
8: legs (same)
9: OFF
10:repeat

my gains have slowed so i have changed my routine since the summer to a very different style to shock my body since i do not have a spot but to also prevent injury on bench i have moved to smith machine i feel it is a change but also works better for my chest development. I feel changing up a routine is a good way to shock the body and has proven is the past been a great way to boost size and strength. I am now focused more on gaining lean mass than just really strength, bot would be good but more so size.

I will be focusing on almost all compound exercises

Mon: upper body (less volume heavy day reps 7,6,5 with one 12 rep drop set on an isolation exericise after compound exercise is done for the given body part to increase tension time for the mitochondria) and abs
Tues: HIIT Cardio
Wed: Heavy legs less volume, abs, post workout LISS cardio 20-25 mins
Thursday: HIIT cardio
FRIDAY: Upper body light day slightly higher volume (10, 9, 8 sets), abs
Saturday: light higer volume legs, abs
Sunday: OFF

MODAY (about 45-50mins): (upper body) 2 warms up sets each Bench and row
1a: Smith Machine Incline bench or Smith machine Flat bench (same weight 7,6,5) increase weights once get 3 sets of 7 reps, rest 60-90 secs perfrom 1b at the end of 3rd set perfrom drop set of cable or machine flyes 12 reps

1b: Bent over row (same weight 7,6,5) rest 60-90 secs go back to exercise a
end of 3rd set drop set of cable rows 12 reps

2a: Smith Machine Shoulder press, dumbell, or Hammer strength shoulder press (same weight 7,6,5) end 3rd set with drop set of 12 reps of either upright rows or rear lateral raises)

2b: Barbell Shrugs ( reps 7,6,5) drop set of 12 reps on dumbell shrugs

3a: Decline close grip bench or weighted Dips (reps 7,6,5) drop set with single arm cable pushdowns (alternate grips used), cable tricep pushdowns, reverse push downs, or overhead tricep extension for 12 reps

2: 4 oz lean turkey, 93% lean ground turkey, or 1/2 can of tuna sometimes with whole wheat whole grain fiber wraps with soy protein if i have that i have little bit of brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole grain pretzels if i dotn have the wrap i have a slight bit more

Actually, i scored that little baby from ebay...some retard was selling it brand new and sealed for 12 bucks and seeing how it retails for around 45-50 bucks i got it as quick as possible! At this point I decided to get rid of this body and start hitting the gym. Didnt see anything after newbie gains due to the fact that I had no idea about proper nutrition or anything. My senior year in highschool I maxed out at 140 lbs with a 180 lb bench. Now 2 years later Im a leaner 160 lbs and a max bench of 250. Most of the gains coming in the last 4-6 months when I learned my body better.

Well, I started doing exercises when I was 12 or 13 with an old barbell and dumbbell set. I got more seriously into it when I was around 16 after my father bought a big universal machine and an olympic weight set.

Then, when I joined the Marine Corps and got to the fleet in August of 2001, I was hitting the weights full throttle. From August 2001 to August 2002, my bodyweight went from 160 to 175. (I think I could've gained more, but we ran every morning). From August 2002 to February 2003 I went up to 186. By the end of 2003 I was around 190, which is pretty much where I'm at now. I've been as high as 194 steadily.

The BA in HORSE POWER is included in a proprietary blend, so no, I am not sure. That said, from research, I have ascertained that 400mg per 50lbs of body weight 4 times per day is an ideal dose. For a 200lb bb'er, that would equate to 6.4g of BA per day. That would make stacking 8-BetaAnabol and Horse Power perfect to reach this goal. Also keep in mind that it takes at least 10 to 28 days to significantly increase CRNS in the muscle.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I've been lifting off and on for about 8 years, but I didn't take it serious until the past 3 years. I've gained about 40 lbs of mass over the past 3.5 years


Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): This is the training protocol I would be using if tested. This is my tried and true method that I would use to truely evaluate the effects of the product.

Sun: off
Mon: chest/triceps/forearms
Tue: back/traps/biceps
Wed: shoulders/triceps/calves
Thu: Legs
Fri: off
Sat: Biceps/calves/forearms

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): None now, but I am heavy bulking. I usually run outside for cardio up to a couple miles

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): MAN Clout, MAN Body Octane, Animal Pak, NOW Taurine, Scivation Xtend, ON Gold STandard

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): My diet is pretty clean and regimented. I have a full time desk job so finding time to eat and train on a schedule is no problem. My diet consists of oats, whey, apples, cottage cheese, lean meat, mixed veggies, yogurt, sweet/white patatoes. Amounts and timing are adjusted regularly based on a bulking or cutting. I'm not good at the macros thing, but I know what works for me and my goals


Current Daily water intake: Not sure, but I go at least once an hour

Short Term Goal: Get to 230 before the end of the year

Long Term Goal: Compete in an amatuer BB competition

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Any/all types of creatine, NO products, whey, caesin, NO-explode, prohormones plus support supplements, SERMs, X-factor, NHA stack, L-carnitine, BCAAs, EAAs, Taurine, GMS, Green Tea, cAmphibolic, ZMA, GABA, Clout, Body Octane, Animal Pak. I don't think I' leaving anything out. :-)

Based on the studies we mention in the FAQ's, 35g is what the science guys recommended
I am glad you chose dextrose as opposed to sucrose. I am not a fan of fructose in the pre/during WO window. For those who are not aware, dextrose is pure glucose and has a very high GI score. Sucrose, on the other hand, is 50% dextrose (glucose) and 50% fructose. While fructose is low GI, and many are raving about this and other fructose sugars such as palatniose. I am not a fan of fructose in the pre/during WO window because of the implications on gastric emptying, much lower BV and digestion issues which as we all know can cause lethargy during a WO. there are also issues of fructose being converted to triglycerides in the liver, so I limit fructose intake to immediately postWO and early AM when the metabolic fire is burning at it's peak. That said, getting 1-2 servings of fresh fruit per day, for the alkaline forming effects they have, is very important for those on the highly acidic bb'ing diet of chicken and oats. ;)

IMHO, for pre, during and postWO, a dose of 10-15g of dextrose or maltodextrin, combined with free form EAAs/Leucine is ideal. Personally I would take 8-BetaAnabol in three (3) 1/2 doses as follows:

10min preWO - 1/2 dose
duringWO - 1/2 dose
immediately postWO - 1/2 dose

I am and older than 24 male, 6'4" @252lbs, and an endo with meso properties (hope that mkes sense).

I have been stength training/bodybuilding for more than 8 years with many other years of athletic experience (football, martial arts, swimming, volleyball, and basketball). I train 5 days a week, with the two days off being cardio. My main work outs are 6-10 reps, I like to lift hard and heavy. I work out no more than two body parts per workout, and I also keep a log of all my workouts. I do cardio after workouts, at least 30 mins, sometimes more. The two off days are about an hour if I am using machines, or it will be activities like basketball, beach volleyball, or swimming.

My current supplements are Mega Man sport, whey iso, 5-tetra, cissus rx, fish oil, Glucophase xr, and GNC Natra Sleep at night. I have been taking supplements for 8 years, and have tried alot of different products, even a few beta-alanine based products. I have not done any web logs of products I have tried, so this would be my first, but I will not let you down if chosen. My short term goal is too look bigger, fuller, and more ripped for next summer, and my long term goal is to stay strong and fit for pretty much as long as i can.

I am a huge fan of your 5-tetra product, just check some of my posts. I have been taking it since last summer, and have been taking it ever since. The ingredients look great, and I would love to be a tester. i would be combining it with 5-tetra though, so I don't know if you would want a log comining the two. Like I said, I will provide more info if you want via pm, I just do not like to post alot of my personal info on boards.

My god this looks awesome, thought of it makes me tingly alone!. I have tried many a fruit punch flavors and none really taste to good especially h blocker. The dextrose scares me though, Im not a fan of simple carbs at anytime beinging an endo but it is def something I would try out on my bulk.. good luck to the tester's, ill be watching this for sure...
Id also like to nominate Skigazzi not only because he is a cool dude, but because hes got some serious dedication...

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I had this down, and then accidently deleted, so I want go into as much detail, but it's 2700 kcals on workout days( p=240, c=240, f=85 ), and 2500 kcals on cradio days( p=240, c=200, f=85 )...... I am gaining weight on this, so won't go higher until weight gain stops! CHO sources are oats, 100% whole-wheat bread, fibrous veggies, Gatorade...... protein sources are chicken, fish, and shakes..... fats are ANPB, almonds, olive oil, fish oil, flax oil, CLA, Sesamin.....

Current Daily water intake: 1.5 gallons MINIMUM..... usually 2 gallons......

Short Term Goal: gain 15-20 lbs LBM by next summer, while keeping BF% low, and never over 12%..... I am 9-10% now......

Agreed with the dosing part. That is what I am doing currently. I take half a scoop of Gatorade, with 1 scoop WPI, and 6 scoops XTEND, and start sipping 15 min pre, and then sip all the way to pwo......

Training Schedule/Protocol:goal is 3 weight days and 2 or 3 cardio days a week, depending on my work schedule. A weight day consists of 1 core workout and stength complexes.

weight day:

Core Work, I chose 1 of the following:

pike walk x 5
dynamic side briges x 6
glute bridge w/adduction x 6
hindu-pushup x 10
done as circuit x 3, 90 seconds rest

OR

3 position cable crunch/reverse hyper superset x 3 no rest between sets
and
cable lifting/cable chopping superset x 2, 2minutes rest

OR

Static front pillar bridge
Static glute bridge
Static side pillar bridges
Dead bugs
Supermans

Done as a circuit x 3, 2 minutes rest between circuits.



Strength Complexes, I alternate heavy and light days

HEAVY
dumbell front squat to press
romanian deadlift
2 arm dumbell row

done in a circuit, 3-3.5 minutes between circuits. 12-6 reps each exercise depending on weight.

Specific strength/explosive work done for 1 muscle group per session

prehab for shoulder is done every workout day (weight or cardio) consisting of:
stability ball y's, t's, w's, l's x 15 each, stability ball pushups x 15-25 and reach/roll/lift x 15 with stability ball. 1 circuit.


Cardio Schedule/Protocol:30-45min eliptical trainer, 15 minutes of movement prep (stretching) and prehab. I've been adding a few sets of light overhead squats for balance/flexability.

Current supplements:generic multi vitamin, muscle milk, generic whey protien, vitamin c, milk thistle, NAC, RocketFuel, Rebound XT, Diesel Test 2010 V2, Nitrobolic Extreme, Joint Soother.

Current Diet:3000-4500 calories, 300-400 grams protien. I try to eat clean but not make myself crazy.

Short Term Goal: add muscle and strength without getting fat and slow

Long Term Goal: I'd like to be in better shape: Bigger, faster, stronger and leaner with better endurance.

No known medical problems, mental ones don't count right

Before you go and bust balls, you should look at the dates. and actually ask the user what he/she is doing.

For one, I have never try to 'cheat' a company out of anything.

The only product I am using, or have in my possesion is Nitrobolic, It is a 20 day supply, but since I'm 212 lbs, I have been using 3scoops per day. I workout 6 days a week.

Nitrobolic should last me about 2 weeks, I have already sent in a PM to EPIC stating I won't be testing their products.

But thank you for taking your time and pointing out that people can be dickweeds on this website.

Yes, I did apply for more than one, sometimes a couple good companys promote stuff at one time, why not apply for both, maybe you won't get accepted by one, and accepted by another. Nothing bad ever comes out if you simply tell the rep you can't test the product.
