i have some fat on my peaks i need to loose anyone have any good ideas? i do pull ups pull downs, bench,flies, inclined bench. i am 5'10 180 lbs

i do diet and i only jog and weightlift i dont do cardio or arbics or anything

start doin cardio 4 times a week for about 40 minute sessions. It is better to do it in the morning on an empty stomach too.

do like crazy kid said, but add 5 gms of glutimine 2 times a day
