What I could eat for breakfast to provide me with about 25 grams of proteins? Is there anything other than eggs? I don't want to eat eggs every day.

If I remember correctly, bacon contains a lot of fat and little protein, so is it a bad choice?

It doesnt have to be a breakfast item. It could be chicken, beef, tuna, salmon, turkey. Or it could be some homeade MRPs, whey protein drink. I personally like 1cup oatmeal, 2 cup ff milk, scoop of whey, and a tblspn of peanutbutter.

yeah mix a scoop of whey in with your oats, that right tehre is 21-27 grams of protein, depending on what brand you use. You could also have a half can (or full) can of tuna with it or some turkey/chicken breast.
