So, I've stayed away from chips for a really long time now, and I finally caved and grabbed a back of Old Dutch Kettle Cooked Chips. I noticed the bag had 14 g of fat, and 1.5 g of saturated fat. Is this lower than normal, I always figured potato chips were much worse for you?

saturated fat isn't that bad for you at espically saturated fat that comes from animals.

It depends on the type of oil used. I'd stay away from chips in general, though, because they have such low nutritional value really.

I think fat is great for you, but stay away from those highly processed potatoe chips please!
