I will be cutting and I wanted to know if this was a decent diet..


5 Meals 2-3 hours apart.

Meal
1 - 2 egg whites & 1 piece whole wheat toast
2 - Whey
3 - Turkey breast lettuce on whole wheat bread
4 - Whey
5 - Chick breast, veggies & bakes potato


This is just 1 day. Obviously certain things will be substituted on different days. Tell me what you guys think.

Dude, thats only like 1200-1300 calories. You need to eat A LOT more than that. 1800-2000 MINIMUM.
