Hey guys,

I am 5'5 (165cm) and 137 pounds (62 kg). I am a mesomorph but i seem to have bit of body fat. Last time I checked my bf% it was around 12, but I havent had it checked in a while. So I am cutting down on my food intake and doing cardio and weights to try and get rid of this fat.
Meal1-1/2 Cut Muesli, and 2-3 Tbs of Jalna Natural Yogurt+1tbs Flax Seed and 1 tbs Flax Seed Oil
Meal2-1 mandarine
Meal3-30 Raisins/Sultanas, 2 pieces of Dried Apricot, 10 Almonds, 1 Tbs of Flax Seed.
Meal 4-Can of tuna (some days when i get home early i make a stir fry with either tuna or chicken)
Meal 5-Apple or Pear
Meal 6-Dinner (usually some kind of meat or fish with LOTS of salad)

Usually around 1200-1500 calories.

What do you guys think of that diet?

Too be honest man.. if your around 12% body fat you shouldn't be cutting.

But if it is a must for you.. then include both proteins and carbs in your meals with addition of EFA's ... morning to arvo = starchy carbs ,, evening = fibrous carbs

Yeah but I still have like a 'wobbly' belly, and I really just want to tone and cut my body.
What do you recommend me to eat in the evening as Fibrous carbs?

Is there a reason you are only eating protein with 2 of your meals?

FYI - 60 calories does not equal a meal.

I am going to start taking Protein Shakes, so meal 3 will then be a protein shake most likely, but its just how it turns out I guess. Its hard at school to always be eating protein and i dont want to gain weight.

First thing you need to do is add a good source of protein to meals 1-2-3-5. I would also spread your fat intake more evenly throughout the day. Try to stick to good quality carbs early in the day and then switch over to just protein and fats for your final two or three meals.

Just want to clarify, how many calories SHOULD I be eating for a 'cutting' diet? I really just want to lose this extra body fat and then am going to bulk up a bit, just it will look better if I dont have extra flab hanging around?
Or can you guys recommen WHAT I should be eating for those meals?

1800-2000 depending on your activity level.

1800-2000 depending on your activity level.

Im highly active, usually doing ATleast 1 run per day, plus skipping and stair runs. Lift weights on Monday/Wednesday/Friday-Saturday, and am about to get an elliptical trainer to use for 1-2 hours per day. SO i would say super active.

Then start at 2500-2700 calories at "I am working out continuously" activity levels.
