So yesterday after I went swimming it caused me to realise I need to seriously get back to weight lifting. I used to be real regular about working out, but about this time last year when I got a job I quit becuase it took all my time.

Back when I was regular my Max was 145 which is good for me considering I am real skinny and only weigh 115-120.

Tommorrow I will be taking a trip to Vitamin Shoppe to stock up on supplements I still have half a container of ON 100% Whey Chocolate and a scoop of ON 100% Casein left. I plan on buying at least a good multi, and getting more Casein, I dont have to worry about Fish Oil since my Dad takes it for Cholesteral. Does this sound good considering It will be casual, meaning Im just wanting to get back up to 145 and the ultimate goal of lifting 200.

I think it sounds fine. You covered the staples.

Whey
Casein
Flax
Grab some CEE if you can too IMO.

Good to be back. I will probably be going to the gym 2-3X a week.
