o.k. here is my dilema. i am currently at 11% bodyfat and i really would like to get to 8%, but i have 4 weeks to do so. my question is is this possible and if so how?
my stats are 165pounds, 5'11". i do cardio 4 times a week, and fullbody 3 times a week.

any help will be much appreciated.

Yes its possible... although at your current LBM & height, I don't know why you are cutting... you should be bulking.

Anyway, aim to lose about 5-7lbs of fat in the next 4 weeks with a high protein calorie deficit diet, and you should be in the single digit body fat %.
