Gtek, Ecdysten and Xplode Reload(tastes bad but is a very good formula).

Current/Recent Supps. - Xtend, Giant WPI, Giant CEE, Xtend, Xceed, NOW ADAM, Omega 3-6-9, ZMA

Finishing up my bottle of Xceed, love it but I'm done with NO products so I'll be switching soon. My next planned stack is going to involve Thunder and the aforementioned Activate/RR.

Supplement History - 1AD and M1T when I was way too young and had no idea what they were (big mistake that I luckily survived unscathed.) Cell-tech, Nitro-tech, M5?, Gakic, Bulk CEE, Green Bulge, many different whey proteins, and the others mentioned above. I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but that covers the basics.

Training program - Currently running an intermediate 5 x 5 program. Made it to week 8 without failing, will be resetting starting Monday (7-17-06). Got married 7-7-06 and had bad nutrition and workout habits for that week so decided to reset the program and try to make some more gains.

Training history - Played football, basketball, and baseball in high school, concentrating on basketball last two years. Didn't take lifting seriously, and did it sporadically at best. Began lifting seriously at age 20, started taking nutrition seriously at about 22. Weights took over my life shortly thereafter.

If I'm chosen as a tester I'm willing to keep a detailed log, and I will update it at least 5 days a week (M-F) and when possible on weekends. I am currently eating above maintenance calories trying to put on a few more pounds before I begin training for a triathlon (bet with wife). I want to get as big as possible so that I can maintain a maximum amount of muscle while adding more cardio than I've ever done.

I'd love to try some Ecdy, been curious about it for a while now, looking forward to trying E-Bol when it comes out. Thanks for the opportunity to apply, if you need any more info from me, let me know.

I have followed powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman programs. I have found myself to be at home with powerlifting and strongman more so than any other sport, and have thus decided to stick with what i love. I have tested low and high rep schemes, and found low reps to be the best for me in terms of not acquiring injuries, gaining strength, and gaining mass/density/thickness.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol :
I am following a 4-week sheiko beginner program at this moment, which entails extremely high volume with very few movements. I have had to make very few changes (subbing in exercises, cutting out some volume due to joints etc.) but the outline I follow close to perfectly can be found here:

Weight: 165-170 at this point, i'm bulking so I have a bit of a water bloat

Bodytype: ecto-meso... basically i've got very small bones, fat gain is slow compared to most people (before I started training, I put on approximately 10-15 pounds a year of fat after eating like complete ****, like worse than anybody ever). Good thing: my muscle mass is seeming to come on nicely though and I require more than the average calories to gain, but that's quite alright.

Training experience (as much detail as possible):
I have been training for 1 year now and thanks to bb.com, I got into bodybuilding the second I started. I just started my first bulk this month and all is going well, for the other 11 months I was cutting rigorously, got done to ~13% and now i'm bulking :-D! I've been reading alot of research about most supplements and how to train for pretty much the whole year and am really interested to see if Ecdysten really works.


Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
3 days a week
Monday: Leg Day - ATG Squat, Stiff-Legged Dead Lift, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Standing calf raises
Wednesday: Back/Bicep - pullups, dumbell rows, seated cable rows, bb bicep curls, incline bicep db curls
Friday: Chest/Shoulder/Triceps - db flat bench press, military press, chest flies, dips, close-grip bb bench press
Tuesday and Thursday = cardio most of the time
Saturday & Sunday = rest day

Diet:
As healthy as possible, although I do cheat maybe one or two times a week, it's Summer and it seems a bit more tempting. I always try to get atleast 200 grams of protein, usually get a 30/40/30 ratio.

Primaforce CEE on OFF days
Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder on ON day




Current Daily water intake: 1-1.5 gallons water daily

dynamic side briges x 6
glute bridge w/adduction x 6
hindu-pushup x 10
done as circuit x 3, 90 seconds rest

OR

3 position cable crunch/reverse hyper superset x 3 no rest between sets
and
cable lifting/cable chopping superset x 2, 2minutes rest



strength complexes=
dumbell front squat to press
romanian deadlift
2 arm dumbell row
alternating incline dumbell press
dumbell split squat aka lunge
dumbell curl to press (light days) or alternating hammer curls (heavy days)
dumbell pullover and press (light days only)

done in a circuit, 2-3.5 minutes between circuits. 12-6 reps each exercise depending on weight.

Specific strength work done for 1 muscle group per session
Squats for legs
deadlifts or hang cleans for back/traps
dumbell pullover/dips superset for chest/lats

prehab for shoulder is done every workout day consisting of:

I will be having 2 carb meals starting next week. The goal is to add starchy carbs into my first 5 meals of the day and hit at least 4200 cals for bulk.

Short Term Goal: Go on a clean bulk cycle and stay under 10% BF

Long Term Goal: Hopefully compete in amateur natural bodybuilding competitions

Supplement history-pretty much everything I'm taking now, but have tried out different companies. I've also tried ecdysterone and methoxyisoflavone.

Other product reviews / logs you have done-This would be my first. I've been waiting for one that I can truly benefit from, and give good feedback. I tried Pinnacle EdyBol years ago and liked this ecdysterone product.

yeh, i know, but it's just a matter of not being able to distinguish if the effects are coming from x-factor or g-tek.

I just tell em how much weight I've lost, what other logs I've done, and how much I love their company and like to provide 'services' for reps who sponsor me. ;) It usually helps if you tell the rep that he's a stud too. Don't worry they love getting hit on.

I've had issues with getting deliveries from Designer Supplements before. It took about 6-8 weeks for a bottle of activate and rebound xt to surface in my mail...

I just got finished with about 3 weeks of CV extract and had fairly good results with it......and after reading through these forums for a while, I got the idea that CV was inferior to RC. My guess would have to be that it's the warehouse's fault. Both FedEx and UPS are normally pretty quick with three to four day service depending on location. I guess the other option would be big brother snooping around the packages to make sure it's not PH or some for of banned substance? I honestly don't know. But things dissappearing in the mail and or taking forever to ship is a pretty common problem for supp reps for some reason. Everyone be on the lookout for a seriously jacked mailman....

Getting compensated for waiting? That's what I do for 8 hours a day. My work compensates me while I wait for something interesting to get posted here. But sure, I'll try some gtek. Hell, I'll put it in my log.

I have good new and bad news for the ecdysten testers.

Good news is the stuff shipped.

Bad news is for those of you were changing addresses. I did not get those in. I was waiting for cuponoodles to get back to me with his name. He sent me an addy but no name. Well, I found out today the stuff got shipped on Friday. So that's that.

not sure, I did go to the post office and have all mail forwarded, don't know if that'll take effect on fed ex packages. I think it'll still help to have the tracking number, if I have time, I can go to my old apartment and tell the students living there now to get it for me.

got my Ecdysten, no Gtek also. I won't be able to start my log for a few more weeks. There was no specific word on when the Ecdysten was going to arrive so I went ahead and started my bulk with JW. I will finish that up, wait at least a week, then continue my lean bulk with Ecdysten.

Weight: 180 to 200 (muscles literally swell when i carb up, and i just finished my cut)

Training experience: three years, can bench over 300 and pull/sqaut over 400 even when Im at my lowest weight (180). I train 4 to 5 days a week and have been hitting these numbers while only using a multivitamin, so i would LOVE to try any of your supplements. In addition to weight training i do low intensity cardio for an hour a day every day.

No Prescription or recreational Drugs.

And the only supplements I currently own are Muscle Milk (usfortunately, got it as a gift) and a vegetable based multi vitamin.

My only rules as far as diet go is to hit 300g of protein a day, and to hit enough carbs to feel the 24/7 muscle pump even while not on NO (which dont work too well anyway).

My training is never the same one workout to the next, ever since i switch up muscle group pairings and use a wide variety of excersizes to stimulaye each muscle is when i became the stand out "strong guy" at my two gyms i go to. I suggest you all try more variety as well (im currently getting a 4 yr Athletic Training degree and am in progress on the ISSA and ACE certs, so i know training).


My experience with supplements is far too many to mention, as when i worked for GNC we got samples of just about every product in the store, and with my own money i have tried CL, Ergo, Avant (Lept Mass=gold standard of hypertrophic supplementation), ****, AX (have cycled with superdrol at 20mg a day). As far as a comparison to Ecdy, i used to use EcdyVol by EAS back in the day and actually found it made my libido rise but thats about it (nothing compared to even AI estrogen blockers such as Nolv XT, Nolv Extreme or SAN Attitude, or even natural test boosters such as Diesel Test or Alpha Male XL). And I have used Swole and v2 and v3, SAN v12, NOS ETHER, Phospagen Elite, CE2, Creakic, Cell Fuel and have sample just about every creatine out there.

I recently was told there would only be samples sent to us USP testers, so i decided against that and am looking to run a very detailed and accurate log. My physique, athletic base and strength are very good and i would love a chance to review any of your supplements.
