Do you guys include this in your total cals for the day?

Cause the program that im on says that i can have certain NSV in any amount with my meals.

So if this is the case what is the reason why its not counted? Is it cause its mostly water and it burns quicker...sorry if this sounds like a dumb question

tnx

Is NSV "non-starchy vegetables"??

If so, yes I count them. EVERYTHING that contains calories can add up over time, so I count them to keep myself accurate.
