Basically I need your opinions. I am getting serious about lifting, for personal satisfaction, and of course since I am in San Diego, I visit the beach pretty often.

SHOULD I GO ON A BULK, then cut later?
OR SHOULD I CUT NOW, then bulk later?

(I know most would say bulk now cut later, but I just wanted some opinions after judging my particular stats and pictures).

Here are my stats:

Please check the pictures and let me know what you guys think!!! NOTE: THE FIRST PIC IS UNFLEXED (KINDA PUSHING OUT THE GUT A LITTLE).. THE SECOND PIC IS FLEXED (KINDA SUCKING IT IN TRYING TO LOOK HARD LOL).

5'7"
145lbs. (Fluctuates from 142 to 146 depending what I ate the day before).
11-13% BF (according to my caliper pinch test).
Meso/Endo.
Currently on a maintenence diet, not cutting nor am I bulking.

hey mate, continue clean bulking, i am around your wieght aswell hope your seeing some good improvements, The reason i say keep bulking is cus you need more mass , if you cut now you will just look skinny, no offence, give it at least 1 more month of heavy clean bulking and post your pics again. Get to 155 pounds then post pics.

good luck!

DUDE, Bulk, and your not a meso/endo, your not fat at all. You would just be a meso or maybe a meso/endo.

I say bulk for about 4-6 months, then cut it up bro.

I knew the answer to this before i opened it.

99 times out of 100 when someone asks if they should cut or bulk they should definatley bulk. You are no exception.

You arent that fat anyway man

Clean bulk by adding 400 calories to your maintenance diet on training days.

Yeah definitely bulk, you don't really have any muscle that would justify a cut.

I'd bulk for a year.
