Every morning I make myself 1/2 c. oatmeal with 1/2 tsp. PB mixed in and 2/3 c. eggbeaters with a little fat free cheddar sprinkled on top, but it's getting hot in the mornings and I'm tired of cooking! Are there any quick or make-ahead alternatives to this breakfast that would give me the same nutritional value and keep me full from 7 - 10:30 as this one does?

How about protein pancakes? You can cook those the night before or even freeze them...oats, egg whites, cottage cheese w/ any flavoring you like, a little splenda, I add baking powder for puffiness...top with some berries or sugar free syrup..they're great!

That was going to be my suggestion - protein pancakes! I make one batch on Sunday morning while I am making everything else - for my portions and how I eat I have (2) in individual baggies grab and go.

Awesome suggestion.... I've seen them mentioned before but never thought about making them ahead of time. I'm gonna try it out - thanks!!
