Just wondering what the best cardio is to do first thing in the morning? I used to go for a run, but I am told that will break down the muscle in my legs and right now they are what I need to work on the most! Is there anything I could do that would be fun????!!!

I like to spin, especially when I'm preparing for a comp. It doesn't hurt my joints at all. As far as running, though, any cardio, done in excess will cause some amount of muscle loss. I don't see why you can't keep running in your program, at least a little bit.
