I am currently on a lean mass-building diet...taking in approx. 300 calories over my maintenence based on the info from Terra's site...my diet is consistent and clean...and I am doing a (heavy!) 5 day split (major DOMS so I'm content with this split right now)....my question is this...because I have a tendency to get impatient (and now is NOT the time)...I want to know what some realistic expectations in terms of mass gains would be...I know every body is different but...even an average just to keep my goals realistic and progress in perspective....thanks!

Well, 300 isn't all that much above maintenance, so you'd probably look at less than a pound a week.

Also depends how much cardio you're doing, how long you dieted before, etc.
