I wanna do this diet and hopefully bulk for a year or so, ofcouse ill adjust it later but this is what im going to start with. Im trying to keep fat gain as little as possible too but whatever happens, happens.

I am 5'11 183lbs. Here is a picture:

Here is what i came up with so far:

6:30 Am = 2 scoops Whey protein, 1 whoel bananna, fat free milk +2 ice cubes and 1 spoon of penut butter

8:00 AM = 2 slices of whole wheat bread with penut butter.

10:30-11am= 2 slices of whole wheat bread with turkey or chicken

1pm = Salad + broccolli+ chicken or turkey.

3pm= 1 scoop whey protein + 1 bananna

5pm= GYM= 2 scoops of NO Xplode

6:30pm 1 scoop of whey + 6 inch tuna on white bread (SUBWAY)

9:00pm = 1 scoop whey shake

10pm= low fat cottege cheese with an apple

Ill see how it goes and adjust it accordingly. I am also going to be doing cardio 2x a week on my days off, goal would be to burn about 500 calories, to make it 1000 calories for the week to help fight fat gain. One thing i forgot to mention is that i lose fat fairly easy if i stay consistent on a good cutting diet but at the same time i gain weight even easier thats why im trying to clean bulk.

P.S Sometimes penut butter sandwitch inthe morning will be substituted with egg whites and on saturday and Sunday last meal will probably be steak or chicken.

That's still not too bad... you don't need to be anal about your diet and overanalyze everything.. just keep the majority of it "clean" and keep your calorie surplus in check.

Looks decent except you might want to replace one or two of those protein shakes with some real solid food.
Also that Subway Tuna on White = horrible.

6" Tuna from subway has 510 calories / 31g of fat / 1000mg sodium.

Thats the bare-minimum on wheat.

Consider getting EFA supplements, or trying to eat more foods loaded with healthy fats.

Thanks, Penut butter has healthy fats in it right? Also would it be ok to take CLA while on this bulk?

Peanut Butter has healthy fats, but lacks important Omega-3s. I would recommend getting an Omega-3 supplement.

I do not recommend taking CLA... take Omega-3 caps instead.

It's better to get natural peanut butter as well :)
Flaxseed and/or Fish oil would be a good idea too.
