i was wondering if the skin on sweet potatos has any nutritional value?? b/c i dotn raelly like eating it, im wondering if im missing out on some good nutrients..

the skins and rinds of most fruits and veggies have many vitamins and fiber, but if you dont like it, don't eat it. you are overanalyzing things way too much.

omg, the skin is the best part! to me, it tastes bland otherwise... anyway, it's the most nutritious part of most veggies/fruits, so try eating things skin on, you may acquire a taste for it.
