ive been training my back long and hard and ive only seen a bit of results, is there any thing i can do to boost it up a level, should i be lifting very heavy weight doing 6-8 reps or doing a bit lighter and hitting the full 10 reps. and is any excersices for the mid back that will isolate so that i will be gettin bigger and better gains. thanks for your help!

what does your current back workout look like. and we can build from there.
