View Full Version : Good before bed meal?

Does anyone have any good ideas for some before bed meals?
Usually I just have a bit of cottage cheese with some almonds, but I'm getting a tad bored of it.
What about some oats (porridge) with skim milk?

Any other suggestions? :P

The last thing you want to pound before bed is big carb source. Find something else with fats and proteins instead. Try a chunk of cheddar (or whatever solid cheese of choice) and maybe a somewhat lean chunk of meat. You could always eat a different kind of nut (peanut, soy nut, pecan, ect.).

this isnt really a meal but i take ultra peptide choclate,milk,and a scoop of all nat pb. i tastes like resses peices soooooooooo good
