I usually eat the plain skinless/boneless chicken breast...

This one is glazed...

1 piece

110 calories
4.5g fat - 1g is saturated

cholesterol 40mg
Sodium 490mg - i usually dont eat much sodium the rest of the day though
potassium 200mg
Carb 2g
no sugars
protein 14g

i'd def. go with bad.....

my chicken is skinless and from BJs


its something like


2 pieces= 30g protein, 120 calories, .5 fat, i think 1 carb or 0.. i forget...

thats just my .02

edit: with your goal of triming fat and lean muscle, i dont think this chicken is gonna help you to much

My opinion:

Only 56 out of 110 calories are coming from protein. Half protein on chicken breast is far impressive. It's not going to kill you but I'd use regular chicken breast on my daily diet.

ouch. I didnt think it would be this bad. I guess I'lll have to go back to the regular chicken breast.
